I’ve spent 5 years developing a practice built entirely around one question: why is this body in pain, and what does it actually need? Not the pain a protocol says it should have, the specific dysfunction pattern unique to this person.

I work from a private gym in Gilbert, AZ with clients ranging from tech workers whose bodies have quietly broken down over years of sitting, to postpartum moms reconnecting to a body that feels unrecognizable, to professional athletes preparing for the NFL Draft who need every compensation resolved before it costs them a career.

Instead of chasing PRs and progressive overload, I prioritize fixing underlying movement dysfunctions first. Using Neurokinetic Therapy and Functional Patterns principles, I address the root cause of pain and imbalances. My clients aren’t here to lift heavy. They’re here to feel well — and stay that way.
