Biomechanics. Neurokinetic Therapy. Nervous System Reset.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked, you haven’t tried this.
Whether you sit for a living, are recovering postpartum, were told to live with scoliosis, or keep getting injured doing the sport you love, your pain has a biomechanical story. I read that story and fix the chapter where it started.
Hours of sitting rewires your movement patterns, locking muscles, compressing joints, and silently building dysfunction until pain becomes unavoidable.
Pregnancy and delivery alter your entire pelvic floor, fascia, and nervous system. Generic "core work" can't fix what's neurologically and structurally disconnected.
Recurring injuries aren't bad luck, they're unaddressed compensation patterns. You're getting hurt doing what you love because the root cause was never found.
PT. Chiro. Massage. Cortisone. Painkillers. If none of it lasted, you weren't getting root cause care. You were getting symptom management and you deserve more.
Most practitioners are trained to treat the location of pain. I’m trained to find where pain originates and those are rarely the same place. That’s the difference between relief and resolution.
Your neck pain lives in your neck. But the reason your neck hurts might be a locked hip, a scar affecting fascial lines, or a neurological compensation your body has been running for years.
Standard strength training and rehab are designed for the average body. Your chronic pain means your body isn't average, it needs a custom map, not a template.
Pain is often a nervous system event. If your brain is still signaling threat and protecting injured tissue, no amount of stretching or strengthening will override it.
Every client follows a personalized path. The phases overlap and evolve because the body is an onion. Each layer we clear reveals the next one to address.

Your first session is a full diagnostic. We analyze your gait and posture, test for muscle compensations, identify neurologically locked areas, detect myofascial dysfunctions, and map movement patterns driving your chronic pain. Nothing is assumed. Everything is tested.
Session by session we work through the layers. Soft tissue, fascia, scar tissue, and nervous system reset. We address the immediate area of pain first, then trace the compensations back to where they started.
Once dysfunction is cleared, we build genuine strength that lasts. Not powerlifting. Not bodybuilding. Stability in motion. Natural movement quality. Functional patterns that protect your joints and rebuild you for decades, not just the next PR.
A note on timelines: Some clients experience major relief in a single session. Others work through layers over a few months because the body is an onion. Once one layer of dysfunction is cleared, another may surface. That’s not failure. That’s progress.
The outcome isn’t just less pain. It’s a body that works the way it was designed to, balanced, coordinated, and resilient. Clients describe feeling things shift they didn’t know were off. That’s the system working.
Fascia, muscle, nervous system, and skeleton working as one integrated system, not fighting each other. When the body is balanced, pain loses its platform.
Not symptom suppression. We identify the compensations driving your pain and systematically clear them so relief is durable, not temporary.
Genuine, durable strength built on proper movement mechanics. You'll be stronger in your 50s than your 30s without the joint wear that traditional lifting creates.
You'll learn to feel what your body is actually doing. That awareness becomes your built-in injury prevention system and your clients often say it's life-changing.

Not just getting out of pain today. Building a body that stays out of pain for life.

Working with NFL Draft Athletes
to weekend warriors in chronic pain
Background & Credentials
I’ve spent 5 years developing a practice built entirely around one question: why is this body in pain, and what does it actually need? Not the pain a protocol says it should have, the specific dysfunction pattern unique to this person.
I work from a private gym in Gilbert, AZ with clients ranging from tech workers whose bodies have quietly broken down over years of sitting, to postpartum moms reconnecting to a body that feels unrecognizable, to professional athletes preparing for the NFL Draft who need every compensation resolved before it costs them a career.
Instead of chasing PRs and progressive overload, I prioritize fixing underlying movement dysfunctions first. Using Neurokinetic Therapy and Functional Patterns principles, I address the root cause of pain and imbalances. My clients aren’t here to lift heavy. They’re here to feel well — and stay that way.
Core Modalities
Biomechanics
The mechanics of how your body moves and where those mechanics break down under load, fatigue, or stress.
Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT)
A clinical therapy system that identifies and resets faulty motor control patterns in the nervous system, the root of most compensation patterns.
Nervous System Work
Regulating the nervous system to move it out of threat-protection mode, enabling true tissue release and lasting movement change.
Myofascial & Scar Therapy
Releasing the fascial web and treating scar tissue that restricts movement, creates asymmetries, and perpetuates pain patterns.
Functional Patterns
Training that prioritizes human gait, throwing, and rotation not isolated muscle groups, for strength that transfers to real life and sport.

“After 4 years of lower back pain from sitting 10 hours a day, I was skeptical anything could actually fix it. Two sessions in, I could sit at my desk without wincing. A month later, I'm completely off ibuprofen.”

Marcus T.
Software Engineer, 38
“Six months postpartum and my core felt completely disconnected. I couldn't engage half my body. The neurological work here was something I'd never experienced — I finally feel like I'm living in my body again.”
Priya S.
Postpartum Mom, 31
“I tore my rotator cuff and was told it would be a 6-month recovery. The movement pattern work here got me back on the court in 10 weeks. Not just back — I'm moving better than before the injury.”
Derek L.
Semi-Pro Pickleball Player, 44
“Every specialist I'd seen over 20 years told me to just manage the pain. Here, for the first time, someone actually addressed WHY my body was compensating. The myofascial work has changed my quality of life completely.”
Sandra R.
Scoliosis Patient, 52
“Training for the combine, I had a hip flexor issue that was killing my speed. The biomechanics assessment found three compensations I didn't even know I had. Fixed them and posted my best 40-yard dash time.”
Jordan K.
NFL Draft Prospect, 22
Skepticism is healthy — especially if you’ve spent real money on treatments that didn’t last. Here are straight answers to the questions I get most.
Those modalities treat symptoms where they appear. I trace dysfunction back to its origin — often a completely different area of the body. Most of my clients have tried everything before finding me. That's actually a qualifier: if your body hasn't responded to conventional approaches, it almost always means there's a deeper neurological or fascial compensation driving the issue.
Fill out the form and I’ll reach out within 24 hours to schedule your first session. Or if you’d rather just talk first — call me. No pressure, no script. Just an honest conversation about whether I can help.
